Frequently asked questions
Can't find your answer? Ask us on Discord.
When will I receive my purchase?
Automatically, usually within a few minutes. Nothing after 15 minutes? Rejoin the server. Still nothing? Open a ticket on Discord with your username and transaction ID.
Do ranks expire?
No. Ranks are permanent and carry over across seasons and gamemodes. Other gamemode items are seasonal and expire at the end of the season. Plus is a monthly subscription you can cancel anytime.
Do Survival items stay forever?
No. Everything you buy in the Survival category (keys, bundles, money, claimblocks, Poppies, spawners and other in-game items) is seasonal. When a new season starts, the map and these items are reset. Only ranks stay with you.
Can I get a refund?
All purchases are digital and delivered instantly, so all sales are final. Bans or mutes for breaking the rules are not refunded.
Can I buy something for a friend?
Yes! Use the gift button on any package. Gifts must be real gifts, not trades for items or money.
I'm under 18. Can I buy something?
Yes, but only with permission from a parent or guardian.
